Why Computer Often Restart?

to a friend, I want to share an article about my experience in which his love PC restarts itself,
then how do I fix it?
I had the Tips & Trick for this issue
(Note: Only for Windows XP huh?)


1. Click Start, point click Settings and select Control Panel
2. In the Control Panel window, open the System icon. Note: In the Windows XP operating system by default the System icon is not there, to make it appear on the top left of the Control Panel window click Switch to Classic View.
3. In the System Properties window, click the Advanced tab
4. Find Startup and Recovery click the Settings button
5. In the Startup and Recovery window, uncheck the Automatically restart.
6. Click OK to exit the Startup and Recovery window.
7. Click OK to exit the System Properties window.
8. Well now your computer will automatically restart again.
